Job Description
The Sports Performance Coach role is a part-time, on-site position located in Hawthorne, NY. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing athletes' biomechanical movement, designing and implementing individualized training programs, and leading small group and one-on-one coaching sessions. The coach will demonstrate proper technique, monitor progress, adjust programming based on performance data, and maintain a safe training environment. Additional responsibilities may include communicating with athletes and families about goals, collaborating with other coaches, and supporting facility operations as needed.
