Youth Soccer Coach at La Finca Futbol A solid coaching role — not a side gig. Built around great training, steady hours, and zero administrative headaches. 2 teams (U10 & U11) 4 training sessions per week total 0 admin work expected ∞ upside via summer camps, clinics & privates Why this role is different One location. Always. All training takes place at our indoor facility in Kingston, NY with access to our outdoor pitch next door. No driving to rental fields, no weather cancellations, no 5am setup at a park you've never been to. Your job is coaching — not logistics. A schedule you can count on. You'll train each of your two teams twice a week. A third session per team is covered by our Director of Coaching. Games are Saturdays. That's your week — consistent, predictable, protected. Zero admin. Full stop. Our Technical Director owns all family communications, game scheduling, rostering, and logistics. You'll never field a parent email about jersey sizes. Your attention belongs entirely to the players and the game. Real earning potential. The core schedule is your foundation — but the right person can earn significantly more through our clinics, holiday intensives, summer camps, and private training sessions. We've built the infrastructure; you supply the talent. We care about the game the right way. La Finca is a player-first, skill development program. We believe the best thing we can do for young American soccer players is center a love for the game and self-expression — not trophies, rankings, or early specialization. Who we're looking for Technically strong and able to implement purposeful, engaging sessions for U8-U12 players Player-centered in your coaching philosophy — development over results at this age Consistent, reliable, and comfortable with a structured weekly schedule - self management is required Excellent communicator in the moment (with kids and staff — families are handled for you) Enthusiastic about clinics, camps, and private training as ways to deepen your impact and income Genuinely excited about building something — La Finca is growing, and we want coaches who want to grow with us Want to know what we're really about? $45.00 - $95.00 per hour
