Job description Long Lake Rowing Crew - Masters Coach Needed LLRC is looking for an enthusiastic coach for our Competitive Masters rowing program!

Schedule:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 6:00-7:30am

Qualifications:

USRowing Level 1 Coaching Certification Minnesota Boat Driving License CPR / First Aid Certified We are looking for someone who can confidently coach adult rowers, run practice pieces, coach sculling technique, and provide detailed technical feedback in a positive, motivating environment.

Birch's on the Lake brewhouse, south shores of Long Lake. 1310 Wayzata Blvd.

Responsibilities Lead on-water practice sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety protocols, and equipment use Monitor athlete progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate continuous improvement Enforce safety standards by supervising water activities and maintaining oversight during all sessions Foster a respectful, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship Requirements Experience in coaching rowing Experience in water safety supervision is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to motivate athletes and collaborate with team members effectively

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
