Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Jr. Volleyball Coaches to lead and inspire athletes of various skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, coaching, and child development, with the ability to foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. This role involves basic to intermediate training sessions, developing game strategies, and mentoring players to achieve their personal and team goals in a positive environment. Duties Assist in practices focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game tactics Motivate athletes to improve performance while emphasizing sportsmanship and fair play Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities Collaborate with parents, school staff, or community organizations to coordinate schedules and events Maintain a positive environment that encourages learning, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport Experience Prior experience in sports coaching, particularly volleyball. Background in working with children in a sports or recreational setting Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for youth athletes Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels Skills in teaching sports fundamentals, developing training plans, and fostering teamwork are highly desirable This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop young athletes' skills while promoting healthy activity and personal growth.
