The ideal candidate is highly professional, reliable, and able to deliver authentic boxing instruction paired with effective strength training. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and the ability to create a positive training environment for clients of all levels. Key Responsibilities Teach authentic, real boxing technique including stance, footwork, defense, and striking. Lead group classes and one-on-one training sessions with energy, clarity, and professionalism. Tailor program design to specific client needs and fitness levels. Ensure client safety through proper instruction, spotting, and spacial awareness in the gym. Provide a high level of customer service , ensuring every client feels supported, motivated, and valued. Communicate coaching cues clearly and effectively to help clients understand and apply techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment. Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up on time and prepared for every session. Collaborate with the coaching team and contribute positively to a team-oriented culture. Track client progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth and goal achievement. Qualifications Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) — required. Minimum 5 years of coaching experience in boxing, strength training, or related fields. Strong background in authentic boxing technique . Proven customer service experience in a client-facing role. Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

punctual, respectful, and committed to high standards. Mindful and attentive, with strong spatial awareness during sessions. Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). What We're Looking For A coach who is passionate about teaching real boxing—not just fitness boxing.
