Overview Join our growing staff and organization as a Soccer Trainer/Coach, where your passion for soccer and teaching will inspire and develop young athletes. In this paid role, you will lead engaging training sessions, foster teamwork, and promote healthy lifestyles through sport. Your energetic approach and expertise will help players of all skill levels improve their game while having fun in a positive environment. Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive soccer training programs tailored to various age groups and skill levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment. Lead team practices, drills, and game strategies that enhance technical skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to help players understand techniques, rules, and game tactics. Foster a motivating environment that encourages confidence, discipline, and positive behavior among young athletes. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about player progress, behavior management, and upcoming events. Maintain safety standards by monitoring the field during activities, operating AED (Automated External Defibrillator) devices when necessary, and administering first aid or CPR if required. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect on and off the field to build character and leadership skills. Experience Proven experience in soccer coaching or sports-specific training instruction, with a strong background in team leadership. Prior work with children or youth sports programs demonstrating effective behavior management techniques. Background in teaching or physical education. Familiarity with first aid procedures including CPR certification; AED operation is highly desirable. Experience working in health clubs or fitness environments that emphasize physical education or sports training. Strong communication skills for engaging with young athletes, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive coaching atmosphere. Background in other sports such as basketball or cheerleading enhances versatility in coaching diverse athletic activities. Pay:
$25.00 - $85.00 per hour
