Job Description

Pitch Gladiators Soccer Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Coach to support our youth development program serving players ages 5-15 across the in NY & CT (Port Chester/Rye Brook & Stamford) area. We believe good players develop through the game, not just through drills. What You'll Do Support Lead Coaches during training sessions and events Engage directly with players to build confidence and technical habits Help maintain a safe, fun, and structured environment Grow your coaching skills within a supportive academy culture What We're Looking For U.S. Soccer Grassroots license or currently pursuing one A genuine passion for youth development Reliable, coachable, and a team-first attitude CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Safesport certification or currently comlpleting Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is negotiable. Volunteer positions are also available for those looking to gain hands-on experience.
