Youth Soccer Coach

Job Summary Programs 4 All Kids is a growing youth sports organization dedicated to teaching fundamentals, building confidence, and creating a fun, inclusive environment for children of all skill levels. Our focus is on skill development, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sports. Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Youth Soccer Coaches to lead practices and games for children ranging from beginner to intermediate skill levels. Coaches play a critical role in creating a positive, safe, and engaging experience for every athlete. We need soccer coaches for the following locations Wantagh, Levittown, and East Meadow. Responsibilities Lead age-appropriate volleyball practices and games Teach fundamental soccer skills (passing, shooting, teamwork, defense, movement) Create a fun, supportive, and structured learning environment Emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and staff Ensure player safety and follow organizational guidelines Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to coach with energy Qualifications Soccer playing or coaching experience (youth, high school, or higher preferred) Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, camps, or childcare) Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills Ability to manage groups of children in a structured setting CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and consistent availability Schedule Part-time, evenings and/or weekends Seasonal programs with opportunities for year-round coaching Flexible scheduling based on availability Why Join Programs 4 All Kids?
