Youth Gymnastics & Recreation Coach - Training Provided Join the Gymnastics Central Coaching Team! Do you enjoy working with kids, staying active, and being part of a fun, energetic environment? Gymnastics Central is looking for positive, dependable people to join our coaching team. Coaching experience is not required — we provide training. If you have a background in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, athletics, teaching, childcare, or simply enjoy working with kids, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Coach recreational classes for children of different ages and ability levels Work in programs such as gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and Gym Warrior Create a fun, positive, and encouraging experience for every student Teach skills using Gymnastics Central's progressions and lesson plans Maintain a safe and organized coaching environment Track student progress and provide positive feedback to athletes and parents Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and general gym organization Participate in staff meetings and training sessions Learn and follow Gymnastics Central policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children Positive, energetic, and dependable Comfortable leading and communicating with groups of kids Willing to learn and accept coaching and feedback Able to work as part of a team Gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, sports, teaching, or childcare experience is a plus — but not required

Schedule:

This is a part-time position primarily during our busiest class times: Weekday afternoons and evenings Saturday mornings and early afternoons Additional hours may be available for camps, clinics, parties, open gyms, and special events

Pay:

Starting at $13.00 per hour , with higher starting pay possible based on relevant coaching or gymnastics experience. Why Gymnastics Central? We believe in Fun and Fitness for Kids .
