Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and engaging Game Coach/Driver to bring our mobile gaming experience to life! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting our gaming theaters to various locations, setting up and operating gaming equipment, and providing exceptional guest service. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will ensure every event is a hit! Duties Safely operate and drive the mobile gaming theater to different event locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures Set up gaming stations, including connecting consoles, screens, and audio equipment for seamless gameplay Engage with guests of all ages, providing clear instructions and fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere Manage event logistics such as guest check-in, cash handling, and ensuring proper setup and teardown of equipment Handle conflict management professionally by resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area before, during, and after events Assist with food service or hospitality duties as needed to enhance guest experience Skills Strong background in events management and guest services to deliver memorable experiences Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly Experience in customer service, demonstrating positive communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of cash handling procedures for transactions during events Lifeguard experience or similar safety certifications preferred for ensuring guest safety during activities involving water or physical play Working with children experience to engage young guests effectively Public speaking skills to confidently interact with groups of all sizes Familiarity with food service or hospitality environments is a plus Ability to operate a vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license Enthusiastic team player with a passion for gaming, entertainment, and creating joyful experiences Embark on a fun-filled career where you can combine your love for games with your talent for making every event extraordinary!
