The organization emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building in a supportive environment. Coaches and volunteers work together to create a positive experience for players of varying skill levels, from beginners to more experienced athletes. The program partners with families, schools, and the local community to promote healthy activity, leadership, and a love of the game. Bexley Girls Youth Lacrosse is hiring paid coaches for our 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7th/8th grade girls teams for the upcoming spring season. These roles are ideal for former players, current college athletes, assistant coaches, or anyone who enjoys developing youth athletes and bringing positive energy to the field. Responsibilities include planning and running age-appropriate drills, teaching fundamental and advanced lacrosse skills, and reinforcing teamwork, fair play, and respect. The coach will manage practice schedules, communicate with players and prioritize player development, game strategies and fun. The coach is also expected to represent the program professionally at games, tournaments, and community events.

Games Sunday Afternoon Great for newear coaches or college athletes looking to build experience. 5th/6th Grade Coach Pay $2300 Practices Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 5:30-7:00. Games Sunday Afternoon Ideal for coaches comfortable teaching fundamentals and game concepts. 7th/8th Grade Coach Pay $2800 Practices Monday-Friday 5:30-7:00 Games Monday & Wednesday Best suited for experienced players or coaches ready to lead older athletes.
