The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a competitive roster, developing student-athletes, and ensuring player retention throughout the academic year. This position requires strong leadership, accountability, and a commitment to student-athlete success both on and off the field. Key Responsibilities Pay to be discussed Build and maintain a competitive men's soccer roster Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes Conduct outreach to high school programs and prospective players Plan and oversee practices, conditioning, and match preparation Develop offensive and defensive systems Coordinate scheduling for games, practices, and team activities Monitor player eligibility and academic engagement Foster discipline, accountability, and team culture Maintain communication with athletic administration Ensure all roster and recruiting information is accurately tracked Recruiting & Retention Expectations Recruiting and roster management are primary responsibilities of this position.

The Head Coach will be expected to: Maintain an active pipeline of prospective student-athletes Ensure roster stability and player retention Build relationships that support student-athlete success and program growth Be accountable for maintaining roster numbers throughout the season Failure to actively build and maintain the roster may impact contract renewal.
