Position requirements: Horizon Science Academy Dayton High School is looking for a Cross Country/Track Coach to join our team for the 26-27 School Year.
Responsibilities:
Support the school's mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies toward students, parents/guardians and coworkers.
Collaboration & Supervision:
Work within interdisciplinary teams and consult with professionals as needed.
Education:
Educate students, families and teachers on techniques to improve student independence and safely manage conditions. Share best practices with other colleagues and collaborate with them to improve safety practices. Interact frequently and respectfully with students/staff.
Skills:
Receptive to feedback and desire to grow professionally Has the work ethic and desire to go above and beyond Highly organized
Education & Experience:
Valid OH Pupil Permit Licensure Minimum of 2 years coaching experience License required? Yes
