Job Description

Varsity Softball Coach

Goshen High School is accepting applications for our Head Varsity Girls Softball Coach position. GHS competes in the Southern Buckeye Athletic and Academic Conference and is an OHSAA Division III softball program with approximately 800 students in grades 9-12. Possible teaching positions could be available with this position. Applicant attributes should include, but are not limited to the following:

Head coaching experience

Evidence of strong leadership skills and a coaching/teaching resume that includes experience with a winning program

Applicants must have strong team management and communication skills

Candidates must hold or obtain an Ohio Pupil Activity Permit

Program Accomplishments

OHSAA DIII

District Runner-Up, 25-4 Overall Record in 2026

Several returning players recognized as All-State

Players playing/committed to play in college

Involved youth organization
