Job Description
Ross Local School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Track & Field Assistant Coach . This individual will assist the head coach in developing and implementing a successful track and field program that promotes athletic skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success. Responsibilities Assist with planning and conducting practices and competitions Support student-athlete development in track and field events Promote good sportsmanship and positive team culture Assist with supervision of student-athletes during practices, meets, and team activities Follow all district, conference, and state athletic policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Athletic Director Qualifications Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, parents, and staff Must meet all Ohio coaching certification and background check requirements Application Process Interested applicants should contact Head Coach, Kyle Ratliff, for additional information or to apply.
