This facility emphasizes purposeful training, offering clients a clear plan and pathway to success. Built Training Faciliry is a commitment-driven space designed to inspire personal growth and excellence. Role Description This is for a Strength Coach at our specialized training facility in Hilliard, OH as an Indepedent Contractor. The Strength Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized strength and conditioning programs, coaching individuals and small groups, and monitoring client progress. Daily tasks include designing effective training plans based on exercise physiology principles, guiding clients through personal training sessions, and fostering a supportive and motivating environment that encourages long-term commitment to fitness goals. Qualifications Expertise in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training principles Proven experience in Coaching and Personal Training Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and its application in developing client-specific training programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals Relevant certifications (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) and CPR/AED certification Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred •This is a 1099 position, which includes a monthly investment paid to run your business out of our facility.•
Pay:
$60.00 - $150.00 per hour
