- The following certifications are preferred: USA Coaching
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with swimmers and their parents.
- Along with all the qualifications one needs to be motivated, a positive Christian attitude and be a team member.
- Ability to maintain a safe swimming environment.
- Strong organizational/communication skills required.
- Other duties as assigned.
