Job Description
This is a casual, fully on-campus role, where we do our work in community with colleagues, students, and campus partners Main Campus - Fully onsite Position Summary Assisting with daily coaching and with the organization and implementation of a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program, supervising student coaches or managers, supporting the strength and conditioning program, representing the program in accordance with department/college policies and procedures, and acting in accord with G-MAC (Great Midwest Athletic Conference), NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association), and institutional rules and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The assistant is responsible for: Assisting with daily coaching and with the organization and implementation of a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program, Possibly supervising student coaches or managers, Supporting the strength and conditioning program, Representing the program in accordance with department/college policies and procedures, and acting in accord with G-MAC, NCAA, and institutional rules and regulations. Other administrative duties in the athletic department may be assigned, such as support of event management for other sports when not in the traditional competitive season for the STUNT program.
