Job Description

About NST Sports Performance NST Sports Performance is not a traditional gym; we are revolutionizing athletic training through nervous system development . Our proprietary Nervous System Training (NST) methodology targets the "control center" of the body—the neural pathways—to unlock an athlete's true potential in speed, power, and coordination. We have trained over 10,000 athletes , including 100+ professionals and teams from over 100 schools. If you are a coach who understands that the nervous system is the "master switch" for performance, we want you on our leadership team. Role Summary We are seeking a High-Level Strength Coach to lead training sessions across our diverse programs, ranging from youth (ages 6-12) and high school prospects to collegiate and professional athletes. This is a full-time position requiring a coach who can master and implement our unique NST protocols to produce measurable results, such as 0.3-0.5 second improvements in 40-yard dash times and 4-6 inch increases in vertical jumps within 6-8 weeks.
Key Responsibilities Execute NST Methodology:
Lead high-intensity sessions focusing on neural recruitment, reaction speed, and movement pattern optimization .
Athlete Development:
Design and implement sport-specific programs for football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and track & field.
Data & Technology:
Utilize laser timing systems and video analysis to track athlete progress and provide feedback.
Program Management:
Lead large group "Team Training" sessions, either at our state-of-the-art facilities or on-site at partner schools.
Assessments:
Conduct comprehensive 60-minute athletic evaluations and provide personalized training recommendations to new athletes.
Education:
Clearly communicate the science of NST vs. traditional training to parents and athletes, emphasizing how we optimize the "computer system" of the body rather than just the "engine".

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology .
Certifications:
CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) via the NSCA is highly preferred. ISSA or other nationally recognized certifications are also valued.
Experience:
Proven track record of training high-level athletes. Background as a former collegiate or professional athlete is a significant plus.
Skills:
Expertise in Olympic lifting variations, plyometrics, and advanced acceleration mechanics.
Availability:
Ability to work full-time hours (typical facility hours are 2 PM - 9 PM, with morning team or internship sessions as needed). Why Join NST?
Elite Environment:
Work in state-of-the-art facilities featuring ForeverLawn speed turf and professional-grade equipment.
Career Growth:
Join a leadership team of veteran coaches with over 20 years of experience in athletic performance.
Impact:
Be part of a system that creates lasting changes in athletes' lives, improving not just their performance but their confidence and body awareness.
