Responsibilities Lead structured baseball training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels Teach fundamental skills such as batting, pitching, fielding, and base running with clear instructions and demonstrations Promote safety protocols during all activities to ensure a secure environment for participants Foster a positive team atmosphere by encouraging sportsmanship, discipline, and respectful behavior Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance Organize drills, games, and competitions that enhance skill development while keeping participants motivated Collaborate with parents, guardians, or school representatives to communicate progress and address concerns Skills Experience in baseball coaching or playing at competitive levels Strong background in sports coaching, teaching, or physical education instruction Experience working with children or youth in sports or recreational settings Ability to demonstrate proper techniques for various sports activities safely and effectively Excellent communication skills to motivate participants and collaborate with team members Join us to inspire the next generation of baseball players!
