BOYS TENNIS ASSISTANT COACH
•STRUTHERS
HIGH SCHOOL
Qualifications:
1) Must have high moral character and a strong value structure.
2) Must have comprehensive knowledge of all elements of the activity.
3) Must be willing and effective communicators and motivators.
4) Must be promoters.
5) Must be goal oriented.
6) Must be well organized.
7) Must be effective instructors.
8) Must be team players.
9) Must have audience awareness.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1) Must have clean and current BCI and FBI background checks.
2) Must be available for pre-season and in-season practices and games.
3) Coaches must have CPR certification/pupil activity supervisor validation (see revised standard effective 7/1/97).
