Job Description:
Gradum Gswing Instructor (Baseball/Softball Hitting Instructor)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Gradum Gswing Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching the Gswing to baseball and softball players and driving sales by completing our swing evaluation to new clients.
We are looking for:
A prior collegiate baseball player with at least 2 years of experience
Pay Range:
$40,000 - $52K per year based off of experience
Responsibilities:
Hitting Instruction:
• Conduct hitting sessions for baseball and softball players.
Sales and Client Management:
• Respond to client inquiries, provide information about services, and address any concerns or questions. • Conduct facility tours and showcase the benefits of training at Gradum Gswing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of collegiate baseball expierence is required • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
