MINI'S TUMBLING COACH
(AGES 9 MONTHS-6 YEARS) Are you energetic, patient, and dependable? Do you enjoy working with young children and helping them grow in confidence, coordination, and independence? If so, Tumble Smart Athletics may be the perfect fit for you! We're seeking a part-time Mini's Tumbling Coach who loves to have fun while providing safe, engaging, and high-quality instruction in a positive and encouraging environment. Our Mini's Coaches play an important role in helping young athletes build confidence, follow structure, develop basic motor skills, and create a love for movement and activity from an early age.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading and assisting tumbling classes for athletes ages 9 months-6 years old Creating a positive, encouraging, and structured class environment Teaching basic tumbling, coordination, listening, and movement skills Communicating professionally with parents and team members Assisting with class setup, organization, and cleanup Supporting a safe, fun, and team-oriented atmosphere Possible Hours (Based on Availability & Need) Monday & Thursday mornings: 9:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM Wednesday mornings: 10:30 AM
  • 1:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evenings: 5:00 PM
  • 8:00
PM Saturdays:
10:30 AM
  • 2:00 PM Additional weekend hours for birthday parties, clinics, and special events as scheduled Ideal Candidate Patient, energetic, and dependable Enjoys working with young children Positive and encouraging attitude Professional and team-oriented Strong communication skills Ability to maintain structure while keeping classes fun Bonus Qualifications Experience working with children ages 9 months-6 years old Background in tumbling, gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, or child development Coaching or teaching experience preferred Pay is based on background and experience.
