TUMBLING COACH
(BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE) Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping athletes grow? Do you have a background in tumbling, cheerleading, gymnastics, dance, or a similar field and enjoy helping kids build new skills and confidence? If so, Tumble Smart Athletics may be the perfect fit for you! We're seeking a part-time Beginner-Intermediate Tumbling Coach to provide safe, engaging, and high-quality instruction in a positive and encouraging environment. Our Tumbling Coaches play an important role in helping athletes develop strong fundamentals, progress their tumbling skills, build confidence, and learn in a structured and supportive environment.Responsibilities Include:
Leading and assisting beginner-intermediate tumbling classes Teaching proper tumbling technique, drills, progressions, and foundational skills Creating a positive, encouraging, and structured class environment Providing instruction appropriate to each athlete's skill level Communicating professionally with parents, athletes, and team members Assisting with class setup, organization, and cleanup Supporting a safe, fun, and team-oriented atmosphere Possible Hours (Based on Availability & Need) Monday evenings: 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM Tuesday evenings: 5:00 PM
- 8:00 PM Thursday evenings: 5:00 PM
- 8:00 PM Additional weekend hours for birthday parties, clinics, and special events as scheduled Ideal Candidate Patient, energetic, and dependable Positive and encouraging attitude Professional and team-oriented Strong communication skills Ability to maintain structure while keeping classes engaging Comfortable working with athletes of varying ages and skill levels Required Qualifications Background in tumbling, gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, or a similar field Knowledge and understanding of beginner-intermediate tumbling skills and fundamentals Bonus Qualifications Experience working with children Previous coaching, teaching, or instructional experience Pay is based on background and experience.
