Responsible for competitive performance, player development, and fostering the "Excellence in Athletics" standard defined by Clinton Public Schools.

Instruction:

Lead daily practices focused on fundamentals, situational strategy, and physical conditioning.

Program Oversight:

Coordinate coaching staff and player development across all grade levels

Character Leadership:

Enforce the Athletic Code of Conduct, focusing on accountability, integrity, and academic success.

Operations:

Manage the program budget, equipment inventory, and OSSAA compliance.

Field Maintenance:

Oversee the care and preparation of the baseball facilities.

Engagement:

Act as the primary liaison for the booster club, parents, and youth league partners.

Required Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree.

Certification:

Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate Safety:

CPR/First Aid and concussion management certifications.

Experience:

Previous head coaching experience or significant varsity-level assistant experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with video analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Hudl,).

Communication:

Strong communication for coordinating with the Athletic Director, media, and community stakeholders.
