Performance Coach / Personal Trainer

About Us Elevate Sports Medicine & Performance is a small, relationship-based facility focused on helping athletes and active individuals move, recover, and perform at a high level. We specialize in bridging the gap between rehab and performance in a collaborative, athlete-centered environment. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Performance Coach / Personal Trainer to work with youth athletes, active adults, and small groups. This role is ideal for someone who values movement quality, long-term development, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Lead 1-on-1 and small group training sessions Coach proper movement mechanics and progressions Develop individualized training programs Collaborate with athletic trainers and healthcare providers Build relationships with athletes and families Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic environment Qualifications NASM Certified Personal Trainer (required) CSCS (preferred) Strong understanding of strength and conditioning principles Experience working with youth athletes preferred Excellent communication and coaching skills Passion for long-term athletic development

Pay:

$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
