About D1 Training D1 Training is a results-driven athletic training facility focused on building stronger, faster, and more confident athletes. We train athletes ages 7-18+ as well as adults, using proven systems designed for performance and long-term development. Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, disciplined, and sales-driven Head Coach to lead our coaching team and deliver an elite training experience. This role is a mix of leadership, coaching, and client engagement . You will oversee daily operations on the floor, manage coaches, support athlete development, and help grow the business through community outreach and athlete acquisition. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Oversee and manage a team of coaches Create and manage class schedules Hire, train, and develop coaching staff Maintain high standards of energy, professionalism, and accountability Motivate coaches and athletes during all sessions Coaching & Athlete Development Lead and assist group training sessions when needed Provide initial assessments for all new clients Conduct athlete testing every 8 weeks to track progress Deliver a high-energy, positive training environment every day Client Growth & Community Outreach Prospect and build relationships at local games and events Help drive new memberships and athlete enrollment Support retention by creating a strong athlete experience Operations Ensure all sessions run on time and at a high standard Maintain a clean, professional training environment Represent the D1 brand at all times Requirements Background in athletics (high school, college, or beyond) Current fitness certification (NASM, CSCS, or similar preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work Monday-Saturday, 40+ hours per week Non-Negotiables Always on time and reliable Must wear D1 Training gear while on the floor Bring high energy every single day Who You Are A natural leader who holds others accountable Energetic and passionate about athlete development Sales-minded and comfortable engaging with new people Organized and able to manage both people and schedules Someone who leads from the front and sets the tone Compensation $35,000 annual salary Commission opportunity on personal training
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
