24 Months Job Description Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball - Part-time position with housing Redlands Community College (RCC), a member of the NJCAA Division 1 Region 2, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball. This is a part-time position working up to 25 hours per week and may include housing. This position reports directly to the Head Coach for Men's Basketball. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program. Recruiting - Coordinate campus tours, overnight visits, and workouts. Attend high school and prep schools' games/practices. Travel to showcases in Oklahoma and out-of-state. Scouting opponents - Analyze opposing teams and develop game strategies. Game Day Operations - Supervise game stats, coordinate filming and streaming games, pre-game roster certification, and verify equipment and gear post-game. Social Media updates - Provide timely updates and engagement across program platforms.Requirements:
