Social Media Advertising Specialist

Dougherty Forestry Mfg. specializes in high-production technology based land clearing equipment for skid steer and track loaders. We're looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Social Media Advertising Specialist who can help us grow our brand, dominate online attention, and turn views into customers. What You'll Do Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on: Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube Google Film and edit engaging content featuring: Skid steers Mulching heads Land clearing equipment Customer jobs and demos Develop social media strategies that generate leads and sales Write compelling ad copy and captions Track campaign performance and improve ROI Work directly with ownership and sales staff to promote products Photograph and video equipment in the field and shop Stay current on social media trends and advertising strategies What We're Looking For Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta marketing tools Video editing and content creation skills Ability to create engaging reels, short-form videos, and ad creatives Comfortable around equipment, manufacturing, and outdoor environments Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Photography, drone, or graphic design experience is a plus Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools preferred Why Join Dougherty Forestry Mfg.?
