The Assistant Coach prepares the information that shapes our weekly plan and helps deliver it to players in a way that is simple and actionable. Key responsibilities 1. Opposition analysis The Assistant Coach builds the scouting report for every opponent.
Each report covers:
Trends in each phase of play Trends in chances and goals, both for and against Projected lineup and shape Clear data trends that support what we see on film Set-piece tendencies, attacking and defending 2. Tagging FC Tulsa game film Cut every FC Tulsa match by phase of play and by individual player Organize clips into folders that can be sent directly to players and staff Turn film around fast enough that it is ready for our post-game review 3. On-field assistance Assist the head coach during team training sessions Run individual development plan (IDP) sessions when needed Run training for players who do not travel with the team The profile We are looking for a thorough, analytical coach who backs up what they present with evidence and communicates it simply.
