A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.
Bounce Academy Gymnastics, located just 20 minutes west of Oklahoma City in Yukon, Oklahoma, is in search of a passionate women's competitive gymnastics coach. We are proud to be one of the best gymnastics facilities in the country, with a well-established team ranging from levels 3 to 10. Founded in 2011, Bounce Academy boasts a robust recreational program, providing excellent opportunities for athlete recruitment.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated women's optional competitive coach. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of optional routines and be capable of spotting skills from levels 3 to 10 as needed. Alternatively, the coach should possess the physical and mental strength to learn from our experienced coaching staff. The ability to choreograph optional routines through level 10 is not a requirement but a strong value add. At Bounce Academy, we follow a positive reinforcement style of coaching.
About Bounce Academy:
Bounce Academy Gymnastics was established in 2011 and has seen remarkable growth since then. In 2016, we completed the construction of our 36,000 sq. ft state-of-the-art facility. Our recreational program is flourishing and provides strong recruitment opportunities for both competitive men's and women's teams. The women's team is well-established with gymnasts ranging from level 2 thru level 10. We annually host an invitational competition, and often host one of the state championships.

New spring floor shared by men's and women's teams. Dedicated Beams for the competitive teams Dedicated Uneven Bars with pit bars and junior bars for competitive teams Vault setup with four full-length runways with loose foam and resi mat landings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Women's artistic optional gymnastics coaching experience or a background as an advanced upper-level or NCAA gymnast. Ability to spot and teach upper-level women's skills through level 10. Strong commitment to positive coaching techniques. Effective communication skills for interaction with owners, staff, students, and their families. Good standing with USA Gymnastics and AAU Gymnastics.
Pay and Compensation:
This position can be either part-time or full-time, and the compensation will be based on the coach's experience, credentials and the roles they take on.
