Varsity Track & Field Head Coach Valor Christian School International - 3.0 Beaverton, OR Job Details Part-time 15 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Sports team experience High school diploma or GED Team development Leadership Teaching Full Job Description Varsity Track & Field Head Coach @ Valor Christian School International Valor Athletics is seeking a passionate and organized Varsity Track & Field Head Coach for the upcoming season. We are looking for a coach who is committed to developing student-athletes through competition, character, teamwork, and Christ-centered leadership.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and leading practices and track meets Developing athletes across multiple track & field events Building a positive, encouraging, and competitive team culture Communicating effectively with athletes, parents, and administration Coordinating meet entries, event organization, and assistant coaches Supporting the mission and values of the school
Qualifications:
Previous coaching and/or track & field experience preferred Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to mentor and invest in high school students Commitment to Christian values and character development This is a stipend position with evening and occasional weekend commitments during the season.
