ASSISTANT FOOTBALL COACH, COACHING, EXTRA DUTY, SIUSLAW HIGH SCHOOL

Salary:
Based upon experience and SEA union salary base ($3,800.00 to $5,800.00)
Duties and Responsibilities:
To build and sustain a competitive and fulfilling program for everyone involved in the program. To be able to effectively coach and model skills, work ethic and values inherent to a strong program. This position requires positive communication skills regarding all expectations and requirements of program connected to academics, safety and skill level.
Knowledge and Ability:
The coach should possess a strong fundamental knowledge of football as well as current relevant knowledge of the 3A-SD2-N League. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with high school students and athletes, and possess proper OSAA certifications (must be completed prior to coaching). Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
