QUALIFICATIONS
1. ASEP certification prior to assuming coaching duties. (High School only)
Note:
A non-certified coach may coach with a certified coach for one (1) sports season, but shall satisfy the certification requirement prior to beginning a second sports season in any sport. 2. Criminal history clearance. 3. First Aid and CPR certification 4. Knowledge of assigned sport, including rules and coaching methods. 5. Be at least two years post-high school and a minimum of 20 years old.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Certified in the following areas: NFHS, Steroids, Heat Illness and Concussion (Required by the Athletic Director.) Vector Solutions Trainings will be assigned and must be completed prior to coaching each year by Human Resources. 1.
PSA:
Grooming in Athletics 25-26 (4 minutes) 2. Policy GCAB
  • Personal Communications Devices and Social Media 3. Sexual Abuse Prevention Training
  • Coaches (29 Minutes)
POSITION SUMMARY
Assistant Coach:
The primary purpose of this position is to perform coaching duties to assigned team members and assist Head Coach as directed.

  • Stipend Amount = $4,580.
