A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.

THE CLUB ATHLETICS
is growing, and we're looking for energetic, positive, and dependable Recreation Gymnastics Coaches to join our team! If you love working with kids, enjoy being active, and want to make a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you. Whether you're an experienced coach or someone with a passion for teaching and mentoring children, we believe great coaches can be developed. What You'll Do Coach recreational gymnastics classes for preschool and school-age athletes. Create a fun, energetic, and safe environment where every child feels encouraged. Teach fundamental gymnastics skills while building confidence, discipline, and character. Celebrate progress and help every athlete develop a love for movement. Communicate professionally with parents and teammates. Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive gym environment.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic Great with children of all ages Reliable and punctual A strong communicator A team player who loves encouraging others Willing to learn and grow as a coach Qualifications Gymnastics coaching experience is preferred but NOT required. Experience working with children is a plus. Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, acrobatics, athletics, education, or childcare is helpful but not required.
