Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM About the Role Are you a current or former college athlete looking to gain hands-on experience in strength and conditioning? Do you have a passion for mentoring teenagers and helping young athletes reach their full potential? Rebuilt Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead our Student S+C Off-Season Program. This program is specifically designed for student-athletes aged 13 to 16, focusing on building a rock-solid athletic foundation before their competitive seasons begin. You will lead small groups of 10 to 15 students per class, ensuring every athlete gets the attention and "eyes on every rep" coaching they need to succeed safely.
Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire:
Run dynamic, coach-led sessions for groups of 10-15 student-athletes (ages 13-16). Deliver the
Program:
Coach a structured, periodized curriculum focusing on four core pillars:
Strength:
Squat, hinge, push, and pull mechanics.
Speed:
Sprint mechanics, acceleration, and change-of-direction.
Power:
Cleans, plyometrics, jumps, and throws.
Injury Prevention:
Integrating mobility, stability, and pre-hab movements into every single session.
Ensure Safety:
Maintain a sharp eye on movement quality, correcting form to keep athletes healthy and built to stay on the field.
Build Community:
Foster a supportive, high-energy, and motivating environment where teenagers look forward to training hard.
Qualifications & Requirements The Ideal Candidate:
A current or recent college athlete, or a student pursuing a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. Passion for
Youth Sports:
You genuinely love working with teenagers and kids, understanding how to motivate them and build their confidence.
Knowledgeable:
Strong foundational knowledge of basic lift mechanics (squats, hinges, plyometrics) and athletic movement.
Reliable & Committed:
Must be available for the entire 11-week duration (Mon/Wed/Fri, 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM) starting June 15th.
Communication Skills:
Ability to give clear, positive, and constructive feedback to young athletes.
