Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Volleyball Coach and ignite passion for the sport while fostering growth, teamwork, and athletic excellence. In this paid position, you will lead training sessions, develop game strategies, and inspire athletes of all skill levels to reach their full potential. Your energetic approach and sports-specific expertise will create a motivating environment where players thrive both on and off the court. We are looking for a dedicated professional who loves working with children and sports enthusiasts alike, bringing enthusiasm and leadership to every practice and game. Duties Design and implement engaging volleyball training programs tailored to various skill levels Lead team practices, drills, and conditioning sessions to improve techniques, coordination, and teamwork Develop game strategies, analyze performance, and provide constructive feedback to players Foster a positive environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and personal growth Coordinate with parents, school staff, or community organizations to schedule matches and tournaments Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including first aid readiness and AED operation Maintain accurate records of player progress, attendance, and team achievements Skills Proven experience in volleyball coaching or playing at competitive levels Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and training methods Willingness to learn, study, and tailor practices to your player's needs. Excellent communication skills to motivate players and collaborate with colleagues Experience working with children or youth in sports settings Ability to teach physical education principles effectively in a team environment Familiarity with sports-specific training instruction for skill development Background in other sports such as soccer, basketball, cheerleading or martial arts is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your coaching expertise transforms athletic potential into achievement. We are looking for head coaches and assistant coaches for girls indoor fall league. Season starts in October and goes through February for local teams, continues through April for travel teams
