Part-Time Skeletal Strength Coach OsteoStrong - Springfield, OR Part-Time | 15-20 hours per week Overview OsteoStrong Springfield is seeking a dependable, high-energy, people-focused Part-Time Wellness Associate to support our members and team. OsteoStrong is a science-based skeletal strength system designed to improve bone density, balance, posture, and overall neuromuscular health through a once-weekly, 10-15 minute protocol. We are not a traditional gym. We are not physical therapy. We are a specialized wellness studio focused on strength, safety, and longevity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with adults, athletes, and individuals focused on aging well — and who values professionalism, safety, and positive client experience. Primary Responsibilities Greet members warmly and professionally Guide clients through the OsteoStrong protocol (training provided) Ensure equipment is sanitized and studio remains clean and organized Maintain a safe and welcoming environment Monitor facility safety (grounds, debris, general security awareness) Assist with member check-in and scheduling Support occasional community events and open houses Communicate clearly with management regarding operational needs Expectations We are looking for someone who: Is punctual and reliable (non-negotiable) Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor Communicates clearly and respectfully Is comfortable coaching and encouraging members Can confidently enforce safety standards Is physically able to demonstrate and assist with equipment use Understands that client trust and safety come first Is open to ongoing learning and team collaboration Experience in fitness, wellness, healthcare, coaching, or customer service is preferred — but attitude, maturity, and reliability matter more.
