Assistant Swim Coach - Wilsonville High School The start date is November 16, 2026
Description:
Quality teacher, with experience in developing swimming techniques with emphasis on building a competitive team. Willingness to work collaboratively with staff, and to work with participants as student-athletes. Work with the head coach in developing skills, techniques, and strategies for competive swimming; monitor student development and academic progress; and collaborate with staff members. monitor student development and academic progress. Value education-based athletic programs and the willingness to collaborate with staff members effectively promote an overall quality athletic program for our student-athletes and community. Ideal candidates will possess the following: Prior HS coaching experience (preferred but not required) College playing experience (preferred but not required) Dedication to the positive development of the person as well as the player Excellent communication skills Be dependable, organized, punctual Must meet and complete certifications and adhere to school and district policies. The coach shall have completed the annual online required trainings as well as other West Linn-Wilsonville employment requirementsCommunity and District Information :
