Job Description
Lebanon Valley College seeks a dynamic and visionary Head Women s Flag Football Coach to launch and lead its new women s flag football program. This position works typically August through May (10 months) and reports to the Director of Athletics and offers the opportunity to build a program from the ground up at one of the region s most vibrant NCAA Division III institutions. The head coach will shape every aspect of the program-from recruiting the first class of student-athletes to developing a culture of competitive excellence and academic success. The team is anticipated to begin conference play in spring 2029, though this timeline may adjust based on recruiting progress. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to academic and athletic excellence, student development, and inclusive excellence, and will adhere to all Lebanon Valley College, NCAA, and MAC/Freedom Conference rules and regulations. Qualifications include a bachelor s degree, master s degree preferred, a minimum of five years of collegiate coaching experience (head coaching experience preferred), a proven record of recruiting and developing student-athletes, a strong commitment to inclusion, belonging, and team culture.
