Job Description

Head Swimming Coach - Trinity High School Trinity High School is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and faith-filled individual to serve as the Head Swimming Coach for the upcoming athletic season. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of the swimming program while promoting sportsmanship, character, teamwork, discipline, and the mission of Catholic education. Responsibilities Organize and oversee all aspects of the high school swimming program Plan and conduct practices, meets, and team activities Develop student-athletes both competitively and personally Foster a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented culture Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, administration, and athletic staff Ensure compliance with league, state, and school athletic policies Promote academic success, leadership, and Christian values among student-athletes Coordinate with assistant coaches and athletic administration Supervise athletes during practices, meets, travel, and team functions Qualifications Prior coaching experience in swimming preferred Strong knowledge of competitive swimming techniques and training Ability to mentor and motivate high school student-athletes Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education All required diocesan/school clearances and certifications must be obtained prior to employment Preferred Qualities Positive role model with strong leadership skills Commitment to building relationships with students and families Passion for developing athletes in mind, body, and spirit Ability to create a competitive and inclusive team environment This is a seasonal part-time position with a stipend paid at the end of the season Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest, resume, and references to the Alanna Stuart astuart@thsrocks.us (Athletic Director).
