Job Description

As our Gymnastics Team & Program Director, you'll help athletes of all ages discover their potential, whether they're taking their very first class or preparing for competition. You'll lead our competitive gymnastics team, oversee engaging recreational programming, coordinate memorable birthday parties and camps, and help create a positive, inclusive environment where every participant feels supported. Qualifications:
College degree in a related field preferred Experience coaching competitive gymnastics teams and teaching recreational gymnastics classes Knowledge of gymnastics skill progressions, coaching techniques, and safety standards Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience supervising staff, volunteers, or program operations Ability to coordinate multiple schedules, events, and program priorities Current CPR, First Aid, and required YMCA certifications, or the ability to obtain them Ability to work evenings and weekends as program needs require Experience planning events or birthday parties is a plus Comfortable using computer software for scheduling, registration, participant records, and program administration
