Paid Training

• Evenings & weekends (9-20 hours per week).

Available shifts:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings 3:30-8:15PM; Saturday 8:30AM-1:15PM; Sunday 12:30PM-5:15PM

• Shifts at conveniently located pools in Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and Harrisburg IRA

• you'll be in the water, making a difference! What You'll Do as a Swim Instructor Teaching students (as young as 3 months!) and adults how to swim using our proven, gentle, and engaging methods. Bringing high energy and positivity to every lesson
• you'll be your students' biggest cheerleader! Creating a safe, welcoming environment where kids feel encouraged to learn and grow. Working in the water for your entire four hour shift
• this isn't a dry, on-the-sidelines kind of job! Engaging with families and keeping them updated on their swimmer's progress. Who We're Looking For If you're energetic, patient, and love working with kids, this role is a perfect match. You don't need to be an expert swimmer

What You Need to Succeed A fun, enthusiastic personality Comfortable in and around water A passion for working with kids High school diploma (or in progress) Able to be on your feet in the pool for 4 hours at a time and occasionally assist in lifting kids. ️ Bonus points if you have: Experience working with children or Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (but not required).
