Baseball Coach / Instructor - RCS Warpath Baseball (Hazle Township, PA) Part-Time & Seasonal Opportunities | March-October | Competitive Pay RCS Warpath Baseball is one of the fastest-growing amateur baseball organizations in Eastern Pennsylvania. We are expanding our staff and looking for qualified, motivated coaches and instructors who want to make a real impact on the next generation of players. Owned and operated by former MLB player Russ Canzler , our program is built on player development, college recruiting support, and a fully professional training experience from start to finish. What We Provide Full onboarding and coach education Administrative support (communication, scheduling, logistics) Complete training programs, practice plans, and development systems Opportunities to work inside the RCS Indoor Academy in Hazle Township Opportunities to coach travel teams from March-October A collaborative, player-first environment with a growing staff and culture What You'll Do Coach and develop players across various age groups (youth through high school) Lead or assist practices, training sessions, clinics, and camps Provide instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, speed/agility, or general skills Support the player development system designed by our professional staff Travel with teams to weekend tournaments (expenses covered) Communicate professionally with players, parents, and staff Compensation Pay varies based on program involvement: Private lessons Team practices Game coaching Camps/clinics Travel and hotel expenses are fully covered when coaching on the road. Who We're Looking For Passionate coaches who genuinely want to help players grow Former or current players (HS, college, or pro experience preferred but not required) Individuals who are reliable, positive, and coachable themselves Strong communicators with the ability to lead and motivate athletes Must be available for evenings and weekends during the season Why Join RCS Warpath?
