Job Description

Overachieve Sports and Speed is looking to hire a Part-Time Strength and Conditioning Coach. Overachieve specializes in speed/agility and strength training for youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. We also provide private, semi-private, and team training at Overachieve and off-site. Benefits/Perks Free use of gym for personal workouts $30+/hr for private training hours $20/hr for group training coaching hours $15/hr for non-coaching hours Commission/bonus and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Lead and assist in coaching group, team, and private training sessions Communicate with athletes on proper form and technique in speed and strength training Program for private training clients Make improvements to current programming through our philosophies and current research Marketing/advertising through social media, local events, and creating marketing material Ensuring a safe, clean, healthy, and enjoyable experience for all athletes Qualifications Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification (required) Has or is pursuing a certification through the NSCA or related association Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting (preferred) Has or is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred) For more information go to www.overachievesportsandspeed.com/home and on our Instagram @Overachievess.
