Boilermakers Fastpitch Softball Our Mission:
To provide a healthy, fun and competitive environment for girls to develop their softball skills to their highest potential & enjoy the game. We have 10U-18U teams that include a college prep teams. Paid is a stipend based on the age of the team that is coached
  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Softball Coach to join our Boilermakers Fastpitch Program and lead our players in developing their skills and passion for the sport. The ideal candidate will have experience in softball coaching and working with students, fostering a positive and supportive environment for growth.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective practices to enhance players' softball skills
  • Plan and conduct engaging practices focusing on teamwork, strategy, and individual player development
  • Provide constructive feedback to players to improve their performance and technique
  • Organize team strategies for games and tournaments
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games
  • Encourage sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among team members
  • Skills:
  • Current or former College Softball Player
  • Experience in softball coaching
  • Ability to work with children and young adults, promoting a positive learning environment
  • Ability to motivate players and instill a love for the sport
