As needed Days Worked (Check all that apply): Varies Position Purpose The Assistant Coach assists in the overall organization, and administration of Mansfield's Sprint Football Program. Duties may include (but are not limited to): Recruiting student athletes within the rules and philosophy of the NCAA, CSFL and Mansfield University Evaluating player talent- both academically and athletically; emphasizing academic priorities to student athletes Helping to organize/conduct all practices Scouting and providing appropriate strategy for competitive (game) success Related administrative tasks Assisting with fundraising initiatives Maintaining appropriate communication with students, other coaches, university staff, parents, and alumni.

Division II rules and regulations and be committed to their implementation and observance. Candidates must be committed to a philosophy that emphasizes academic priorities for student athletes as well as the importance of good citizenship both on and off the field and must also demonstrate a commitment to diversity.
