Start Time N/A End Time N/A Hours Per Week As needed Days Worked (Check all that apply) Varies Salary Anticipated Start Date July 2026 Anticipated End Date July 2027 Position Summary Information Position Purpose The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach assists in the overall organization, and administration of Mansfield University's NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Program. Duties may include (but are not limited to): recruiting student athletes within the rules and philosophy of the NCAA, PSAC and Mansfield; evaluating player talent- both academically and athletically; emphasizing academic priorities to student athletes; helping to organize/conduct all practices; scouting and providing appropriate strategy for competitive (game) success; related administrative tasks; assisting with fundraising initiatives; and maintaining appropriate communication with students, other coaches, university staff, parents, and alumni.
