Job Description

Atlas Peak Performance is seeking a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach to work with youth athletes (9+ yrs old) along with assisting in the development of new programming and membership growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coach and track small groups of athletes dictated by the Head Coach Demonstrate the ability to keep existing athletes and bring in new athletes Actively work to deliver high quality coaching to all members Demonstrate the ability to learn and present new coaching materials to make a better program and experience for the athletes Network and do Community outreach programs Ensure a safe, fun, and competitive environment for all athletes Work to progress our athletes in the best most effective way possible Ensure a clean environment for the athletes Attend mandatory staff and educational meetings
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Exercise or Sports Science Current NSCA-CSCS or CSCCa Certification USAW, USATF, and NASM are also good Previous experience participating in athletics Able to work a flexible schedule Self motivated to learn and grow Excellent verbal and communication skills
