About Kids Kicks Kids Kicks is an independent youth soccer business headquartered in Philadelphia. We specialize in non-competitive, high-energy soccer enrichment programs for young children. We aren't a corporate franchise; we are a boutique, educator-led program that focuses on social-emotional milestones, motor skills, and confidence. We don't care about the final score on a scoreboard—we care about delivering the absolute best half hour of a kid's week. Who We Are Looking For We are hunting for charismatic, outgoing leaders who can instantly command a field full of energetic toddlers and young kids. You do not need to be a professional tactical soccer player, but you must be an elite entertainer, a positive role model, and incredibly reliable. Key Responsibilities Lead dynamic, imagination-filled soccer sessions using the specialized Kids Kicks curriculum. Maintain a safe, highly encouraging environment for groups of up to 10-12 children. Communicate effectively and professionally with parents on the sidelines. Travel locally to scheduled program sites (parks, schools, daycares) within your designated county.
Position Requirements High-Energy Personality:
Outgoing, vibrant, and enthusiastic. If you are naturally shy or reserved, this role is not a fit.
Schedule Flexibility:
Ability to work variable hours, including weekday mornings (daycare enrichment), late afternoon/evenings, or Saturday/Sunday mornings.
Kid-Centric Experience:
Prior background working with young children (teaching, camp counseling, coaching, babysitting, etc.).
Clean Background:
Must pass or be willing to obtain all standard PA Child Safety Clearances.
Transportation:
Reliable personal vehicle to transport a lightweight bag of equipment (balls, cones, small pop-up goals). Perks & Benefits Excellent part-time pay with opportunities for performance bonuses.
